Shenault finished ninth out of 35 wide receivers and was selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars with the 42nd overall pick in the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft. In the opening contest of the 2020 season against the Indianapolis Colts, Shenault caught three passes for 37 yards and a score of 18 yards, helping his team to a 27-20 victory.

Late in the second quarter, the touchdown brought the score to 14 all. In the season finale, a 14-28 loss against the Colts, he caught both of his team’s touchdown passes.
